Last week we celebrated Refugee week. As we are a multi cultural school all the children and staff members came to school in their country’s traditional clothing. They looked amazing! Each classroom had a display of information about a Refugee country. All children took turns going into each class where they were presented with information, they also had a mini passport that was stamped as they entered the room.

We were lucky to have a virtual assembly from the refugee council, where they explained who refugees are, why they have to leave their countries and what we could do to support them.
